EV Adoption Is Accelerating, Your Property Needs To Keep Up.
Australia’s EV market is expanding rapidly. Tenants ask about it. Customers expect it. Staff increasingly need it. Commercial properties without EV charging will become less attractive to occupants, retailers, and employees over the next 5-10 years.
The good news: installing commercial EV charging infrastructure now is far cheaper than retrofitting later. And smart load management systems mean you don’t need to upgrade your switchboard supply just to install charging.
